• Our Sr. Management team consists of Five highly respected REO and Valuation Services practitioners with over 100 years of varied and complimentary industry experience

• Mark To Market offers valuation services across various real estate asset classes (Residential, Multi, Commercial, and MFH) o

• Mark To Market is not a group of unfamiliar individuals gathered together for the purpose of managing and operating a company or business division

• We share a vision; we have a mission.  Our principals all know each other and have worked together in various capacities for many years

Our Design and management philosophy was, and is, influenced by five key factors in analyzing our value proposition and the needs and demands of the marketplace:

1. Our Client’s REO and eValuation needs and goals are diverse and dynamic.

2. The assets under our management are not homogenous product and (by definition) come to us requiring special attention.

3. Highly departmentalized organizations that are segregated by function spawn inefficiency and inhibit accountability.

4. Our commitment to open communications with our Clients, and suppliers within the service delivery teams requires a cross-functional, team-based approach to portfolio management.

5. We are built for third-party service delivery not to simply manage captive activity.
